well established and here for you
Talent matters in every organization, including our own. Randolph Trucking is committed to hiring, training and molding the very best in the trucking and hauling industry.
CHARLES RANDOLPH
Charles oversees all aspects of sales, operations, and strategic growth for the company. His leadership is based on a solid knowledge and understanding of the trucking business from the ground-up, acquired through four decades of hands-on experience.
Prior to assuming his current role, Charles led the company as vice president of operations from 1994 to 2004-a period of tremendous growth and prosperity that generated a three-fold increase in gross revenue. During this time, he initiated the development of a new office and maintenance facility in Gaffney, SC, where the company is now headquartered.
Prior roles include 11 years as director of maintenance and 10 years as manager of the Pacolet, SC, facility, a position he assumed after starting his career with the company as a dump truck driver. Charles attended North Greenville Junior College and later served in the transportation company of the South Carolina Army National Guard from 1962-1972.
Charles is an active member of the Gaffney community, having held positions on the Board of the Boys and Girls Club of Cherokee County as well as various committees at his church. He is a full scholarship donor to the University of South Carolina, and a supporter of Limestone College in Gaffney and Wofford College in Spartanburg, SC. He belongs to Friends of the Library in both Cherokee and Spartanburg Counties.
RONNIE HUMPHRIES
Ronnie directs all sales, dispatch, and maintenance functions for the division from the Gaffney office since 1987. Ronnie’s role is a natural progression from his previous role as sales manager, a position he held from 1990 until taking on the additional responsibilities of his current role. He began his career with the company in 1988 at its former maintenance facility in Grover and held this position for just a year before being promoted to a role in billing and payroll.
Ronnie attended Gaston College and Lenoir Rhyne colleges, the latter while he began working for J. Grady Randolph. Both his tenure and his dedication to customer service and support are assets to the company.
NATALIE DANIELS
Natalie has been with Randolph Trucking for over 15 years. Prior to Randolph Trucking Natalie worked in management roles at international companies such as CIBC World Markets, LaSalle Partners and Oppenheimer.
MICKEY PURDY
Micky is Charles Randolph’s son-in-law and father to Charles’ two grandsons. Micky had his own trucking business even before joining Randolph Trucking 15 years ago. Given his tenure at Randolph and running his own trucking business, Mickey possesses a great deal of experience.
TANYA SMITH
DAVID BLANTON
David comes from a trucking family. He grew up watching his father drive. After 5 years in the Army, David began driving for Cleveland County. In 1994 he came to work for Randolph trucking. He drove for 7 years before being promoted to Dispatch/Maintech Manager. David has held that role for 19 years now.
